I realized that its been more than a year since I watched tamizh movies. The way I watch a movie is I read the review and then watch the movie. I went hunting for reviews and I came across something totally cool. Check out the link below:

I managed to get a 6 pck Tsingtao last weekend. I'll tell you one thing, its damn expensive. I still have two more bottles of Hefeweizen left. After finishing these two, I am planning to buy India Pale Lager. I am not sure if IPLs are made in england and shipped to US or made in US itself. Well the only way to find out is to check out the different brands that makes the IPL and ofcourse taste the beer itself. I really wish that the beer companies made small sampling size bottles. What happenes is that I am forced to buy 6pks and I cant drink it all and so it takes a very long time before I can move to the next type of beer. This is slowing my learning process :-P

I have moved quite a lot in Ramayana. I finally finished the "Sundara Khamdam". It was taking a very long time for me to get past that stage. I have made a lot of notes so far about Ramayanam(for the abridged version). I am really excited to finish this book because I can start compiling my notes and observations into a nice essay. I should hopefully complete the book this weekend. Oh well, I am not sure I ma going to be having few friends come over to my house.

I drank quite a bit of Hefeweizen this weekend. I prepared a really nice and simple dinner on friday. Hefeweizen complemented with it really well and made the dinner complete. The beer was cloudy and fresh tasting. I like the fact that the bitter taste didn't linger for a long time after drinking it. I wasn't sure whether I was feeling full because of the food or because of Hefeweizen. In either case the dinner and the beer really went hand in hand. I was so excited about this new combination that I wanted to experiment more with Hefeweizen. I tried it with spicy food on Sunday evening and as you might have well guessed, the beer taste was totally ruined and not only that I ended up hurting my stomach quite a bit. Okay, lesson well learnt:
"Unlike Tsingtao, Hefeweizen does not go well with spicy food."

I got a chance to taste Tsingtao beer for the very first time and I was impressed with the taste. It was really smooth and was less fizzy when compared to the regular american beers. It also had a light fruity taste giving it a very fresh flavor. I was so impressed with Tsingtao that I looked for it in the imported beer aisle in the local market, however they did not have it. Anyway, I treated myself by buying Hefeweizen. I really wish I understood beer metrics more to be able to give a good scientific explanation to the taste of Tsingtao. I think its time for me to buy a book or attend a workshop to understand beer metrics.

2. Writing Short Stories.
3. Understanding BEER.

With the time I have at my disposal I think I am crawling like a snail on these projects.

Opening this blog where I can pour my thoughts and ideas. Okay lemme start with how my blog looks...jeez I dont believe that I chose pink skin color for my blog. I used to hate pink when I was growing up. Unfotunately I have been doing a lot of pinks these days.
